I’m Marie Nicole, the proud owner of Marie Nicole Weddings and Elopements. I’m passionate about crafting events that reflect each couple’s unique personality, style, and love story.

As a Florida native and Master Certified Wedding Planner, I bring a calm, experienced presence to every step of the process, ensuring your day is not only stunning, but also smooth, stress-free, and (most importantly) fun.

Along this journey, I’m more than just your planner, I’m your guide, coach, cheerleader, and sometimes even your counselor.

We guide you from our very first meeting through monthly planning check-ins, vendor calls, design support, RSVP management, venue walkthroughs, and full wedding day execution.
You’ll have one point of contact, complete timeline creation, ceremony and reception coordination, and a planning process that feels organized, clear, and actually enjoyable.

  • I don’t offer “day-of” services and here’s why: no one can truly show up and run a smooth wedding day without months of prep. My approach is comprehensive, intentional, and designed to keep things stress-free, not reactive. When you work with me, we begin planning together from the start to ensure every detail is taken care of ahead of time. That’s how your day stays calm, beautiful, and on track.

  • It means you’re fully supported from start to finish. I handle vendor communication, timelines, design, logistics, and execution ,so you can enjoy your engagement and be fully present on your wedding day. You’ll never have to guess what’s next or juggle details alone.

  • While I love recommending trusted professionals I’ve worked with, I’m happy to collaborate with anyone who aligns with your style and expectations. My goal is always a cohesive, professional vendor team working toward your vision.

  • Most of my couples reach out 12–18 months ahead, especially for popular dates during spring and fall. That gives us the full planning runway to design, book, and build everything intentionally. But if you’re closer to your date, don’t worry, reach out anyway. If I have space and the timeline makes sense, I’ll do everything I can to make it happen.

  • Absolutely. My job is to guide and manage, not take over. You’ll be involved in every meaningful decision, but I’ll handle the heavy lifting, emails, and logistics so the process stays exciting (not exhausting).
